If you are following Weight Watchers like I am, you might be looking for some new recipes to add to your menu! If I have to be honest, this recipe is great for anyone following Weight Watchers or not. It's seriously delicious!

1lb ground chicken breast
1 medium onion, chopped
2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
3 cloves minced garlic
1 small cabbage, shredded
6 cups fat free chicken broth
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Saute ground chicken breast, onion, and garlic until cooked thoroughly.
Add carrots, cabbage, ground ginger, sesame oil, and chicken broth.
Lock lid and set vent to sealing.
Set Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
When Instant Pot beeps, release pressure completely.
Season to your liking and enjoy.
