Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
Having a sweet tooth while doing Weight Watchers is not the end of the world. There are so many different treats that you can have! This is a new recipe that you are going to want to make soon!
This recipe would be perfect to enjoy after dinner or even to make a larger batch for a party or gathering. Since this recipe will hold for four days, you can make it during your meal prep day and have a sweet treat ready to go!
Serves 4
4 Freestyle Points
Ingredients:
15.5 Ounce Can of Chickpeas, Drained and Rinsed
8 tbsp Jif Powdered Peanut Butter
4 tbsp Water
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 1/2 tbsp Sugar Free Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Add chickpeas, powdered peanut butter, water, vanilla extract, sugar free maple syrup, and cinnamon into a food processor or blender and combine until smooth
Fold in Mini Chocolate Chips
Serve Immediately or Refrigerate up to 4 days
